We appreciate you selecting our office to serve your dental health needs! Our goal is to provide the very best possible dental care for our patients so that you may achieve optimal dental health throughout your lifetime. Our entire staff operates as a team and we take great pride in all of our staff members training and capabilities.

Hours of Operation

Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Tuesday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. During the hours and days that the office is closed, there is an emergency number 304-290-3160. This emergency number is ONLY for current patients.


Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is therefore responsible to the doctor. Our commitment is to take care of you and your family’s dental health care, not to become your insurance agent. As a courtesy to our insured patients, we will assist you in estimating your coverage, co-payments, filing your claims and answering questions on your behalf. Ultimately though, it is up to you, as the insured individual, to know your policy’s benefits, limitations and exclusions. Any non-insurance balance will be arranged
for you to pay as listed below.

Fees and Payment Policy

In effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment plans for the use of our patients. Fees may be paid as follows:

  • Payment in full is expected at time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made in advance.
  • The office will accept Cash,Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
  • Care Credit is also available. Please ask for details.

Missed and Broken Appointments

Appointments are reserved for you at your convenience and it is important that you keep all scheduled appointments. We understand that occasionally a circumstance can arise that causes a broken appointment, but it does leave serious voids in our schedule. We ask that you kindly give us 24 hours notice in the event that you cannot keep a reserved appointment. This helps us know if we can see emergency patients in that time slot. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. Repeated broken or missed appointments will result in dismissal from our practice. We value you as a patient and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Gum disease has also been linked to other serious health conditions such as diabetes, stroke, and heart disease. We’ll work with you to treat gum disease and show you how to take care of your teeth and gums to prevent future recurrences.

Appointment Policy

We don't charge for missed appointments but we do ask that you confirm your appointment by 1:30pm the day before. Responding to either the phone call, text message, or email will confirm your appointment. If your appointment is not Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled.
